How long does it take to complete an order?

Your custom order will be ready in 10–14 days, with delivery in about 7 days. Natural delays may happen. Need it faster? Ask about our express shipping via chat or email!

Can I return or exchange the items if I’m not satisfied with them?

We offer returns within 15 days for a $30 USD restocking fee. For exchanges, there’s no fee—please contact us via chat or email to arrange it. In return, the Customer is liable for the duties for sending ring back to us. We still can guide for lower duties too, 

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order? or if order arrives broken? 

If there’s an issue while your custom order is being made, please inform us as early as possible. If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us right away so we can assist you.

What is your order cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing it for a full refund with no fees. Cancellations made after 2 days will incur a $30 USD restocking fee.

Do you offer engraving or customization?

Yes, we offer both engraving and customization options on select jewelry pieces. You can personalize your design or add a special engraving—just contact us via chat or email

 

If you like any ring and would like the different cut Diamond on it we can do that as well.
