Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the purchase minus the shipping costs and Restocking Fees. The customer is responsible for the tariffs. If a high value has been mentioned for the product, for the Valuations guidance, please email us at Hello@UnicaStone.com. We will still give you instructions when the refund process has been approved for the refunds and all. We will issue a refund only after the arrival of the item at our location. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Hello@UnicaStone.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other wine from any other page. Only one or more bottles of wine listed on our Premium, Last Chance or Cellar offerings can be combined for free shipping.
